   • Approximate Convention Date and Rates
   • Voting on Posthumous Guests
   • Voting on Con Theme
   • Voting on additional live Guests
   • Date on which Hotel Contract will be finalized, signed, and mailed or emailed
   • Date by which Dealers are approved
   • Dates for mailing Progress Report One and Progress Report Two
   • Approximate frequency of Planning Committee Meetings

Bring at least three copies of Leadership Proposal for the SF Minnesota Board of Directors (Rick Gellman, rickg94(at)q.com; Rich Brown, rab(at)freemars.org; Conrad Zero, conradzero(at)gmail.com) to the Diversicon 27 Planning Committee Meeting Monday, February 18, 2019, Saigon Uptown Restaurant, 3035 Lyndale Ave S, Minneapolis, arriving no later than 7:00 p.m.
